I’m in labor ladies successful sweep got to the hospital 4cm

Yup! Mucus plug/bloody show! Good sign the sweep at least loosened some things! Labour May start soon but might not ! Loosing the plug and show can be hit or miss on if labour starts soon but I’d say you don’t have long either way
