My 9 month old is so mobile, and is trying to walk atm so falls are bound to happen but recently he tried to pull up on something that didn’t support his weight- I feel so awful. It hit him in the face as he fell and I also tried to catch him round his tummy. Now he has a bruise on his face and one under his ribs from my thumb when I tried to catch him. He didn’t really cry, and carried on but the bruise looks quite sore?? Do I need to see a doctor? I feel so terrible I don’t know how I got there too late and now I’ve done more damage then good
