New To The Group! ๐๐
Hello everyone. I'm a new member.....I haven't been diagnosed, but I'm thinking that I have a short luteal phase, as to why I've been trying for awhile to conceive. I've had one app tell me that my luteal phase is about 9-11 days and this app tell me that it's between 12-13 days. My period, on average, is usually 25-26 days long and I bleed for 5 days. I had no problem having my other children...My youngest will be 2 years old in October, I also have a Sept 2016 baby, a May 2019, and Sept 2020 baby. I've been taking prenatal vitamins for about a month now, so I'm aware that they already have vitamin B12 and B6 in then. I've been hearing good things about vitamins B6, B12, and the B-complex vitamin for women with short luteal phases/hormonal imbalance....Which one of those should I take to increase my chances, or should I take all?, two of them?...I want to try a natural route first. Thank you in advance.
