Please help

So I recently had oral sex with another girl I received and gave oral I did shave on the same day and accidentally used a harsh soap and it burned but now I’m super scared because I started having vaginal burning,swelling,redness and whitish bumps inside my vagina I’m really hoping it’s a yeast infection I’m not having any issues in my mouth so how is it possible I caught something down there
