Spotting 5w3d normal?

Hello. Per the glow nurture app i am 5w3d. I have gotten 2 at home BFP. I have been having moderate cramps in my lower back and lower right side of stomach. Should i be worried? I have my 1st appointment with the O.B. coordinator on August 21st at 3:30pm for my labs and to go over everything for a newly expecting mother. That will put me at about 8w. Is this spotting normal? Any advice, similar occurances, or just words of wisdom are appreciated! Both pictures are from the same wipe just different angles.
