Crib bumpers??

Are mesh crib bumpers safe? Babe keeps getting stuck in the bars and wanted to put a mesh crib bumper.

I don’t get why they’re supposedly not safe. If mesh sides are safe in bassinets and pack n plays, how are they not safe in a crib if the bumper is securely attached? I’ve never used one, but that’s just my thought process on them.

Just let baby sleep in a travel cot (pack and play you might call it). No bars! That's what we did. Worked a treat.

No. Nothing in the crib at all. Nothing means nothing. Crib bumpers mesh or not are both unsafe and have caused many many fatalites.
