super sore and light bleeding after sex

this guy and I had sex multiple times, 1 - 5 times a day for the past 4 days. He left yesterday and I’m so sore, especially on the left side of my vagina, and it hurts to touch. I am also bleeding a little. Is this normal? I’m assuming it’s because I wasn’t wet enough and maybe he bruised me or caused a tear. I’m on birth control and I have him pull out also. I’ve just never been left this sore after sex. Has anyone else experienced this? How long will this last?
