Nipples

Is anyone elses nipple contantly hard I'm 23 weeks pregnant with twins and my nipples are always hard and people are starting to say things about it even with a padded bra on its making me feel self conscious I want to wear comfortable bras but I work as a support worker and my work have said unpadded bras aren't appropriate as they can see my nipples now idk what to do :'(
