First IUI on 8/8 and 8/9 - Nervous

Had my first IUI on 8/8 and 8/9. No trigger shot, just letrozole for 5 days was starting on CD 4. Follicle on 8/7 was 21mm.

Husbands motility is pretty low but they said we have a chance with IUI.

Had the basic mild cramping after, which is normal. Anything I can look out for with early signs of successful IUI? My emotions are naturally all over the place. I’m excited but trying to be realistic that it’s might not work after the first try.
