Hand expressing colostrum!
I’m currently 36+2 and my wife just helped me hand express colostrum..by help I mean she did all the work because I was too nervous. 😅
It was such a surreal moment to see it filling up in a syringe and really overall just made me want our little girl here now. Waiting patiently in these last few weeks has been tough but we’re so excited for this new chapter.
It’s liquid gold time! 🤩
