There’s not a lot of evidence that supports “implantation bleeding”. This is a prime time for the onset of a period, so it’s highly unlikely it’s related to anything other than your period. You can always take a test. If it’s positive, any spotting or bleeding should be reported to your Doctor.

This is most likely your period. Unless you ovulated later than you think. Take a test in 2 to 3 days and if it was implantation related you should have a positive.
