Coq10/endometriosis
Hey everyone! How much coq10 is recommended for women with endometriosis? I've been taking 200mg a day. My egg reserve is on the low end of normal and wants it up higher. My MD said i could try it but surgery is recommended. But I forgot to ask how much per a day to take. Thanks!
