Why would it cause me to bleed !? Has anyone else had this happen

Maybe because it's a cleaner and it shouldn't be in a human body...just a thought I'm not sure

I used it once and when I did I was bleeding for like a week. Went to the doctor and she said it shouldn’t cause bleeding so she wanted to do an ultrasound. Found out I have fibroids

Are you using an applicator? I just use my finger to push it in. The first time I used an applicator is when I experienced bleeding. I think its because I couldnt determine how far it was going and the pill was too close to my cervix. Also, check in with your obgyn because youre not supposed to use them if you have pelvic inflammatory disease, so I'd get checked out just to be sure and whether they advise you to stop using the boric acid completely.
