Pumping while at work

So I need to pump every 2 hours at work so that I don’t lose my supply and don’t become engorged. I am there for 7 hours and get one 30 minute lunch and one 15 minute break. I was told I have to use my personal breaks to pump and anything extra will be deducted from my pay. All I need is an extra 15 minute break. But does this seem right? I just feel this is ridiculous.
