Second round of Letrozole 5mg - still not working!

Ugh I’m feeling so disappointed!!!

CD21 and went in for my 4th follicle tracking scan after 5mg of Letrozole. I have PCOS and have lots of follicles every month. I had a 12mm and a 14mm on CD18 but was told I likely won’t ovulate this cycle as they just aren’t growing quick enough.

I had lots of EWCM yesterday so I was feeling really hopeful that maybe today would show a good sized follicle but they’re still small..

Feeling so disappointed. Time for IVF!! Any positive late ovulation success stories?
