confess my feelings

I’ve been seeing this guy for about 5 months and want to tell him how I feel because I want to keep moving forward if we’re on the same page. He seems to be going rather slow in this and I want to know if we’re on the same page about us. I’ve never done that before and don’t want to seem desperate or too forward and scare him away, any tips?
