Spot at 34 weeks pregnant

Hey, I’m 34 weeks pregnant will be 35 on Tuesday. I went to the hospital a week ago for the same thing. Haven’t spotted since. They said I’m almost or was 1cm dilated. I have a dr appointment today, will definitely talk to them about it. I have been having lightning crotch majorly like drop down to the floor can’t walk type, and Braxton

hicks.

I woke up this morning to go pee and it was hurting to get up to go like usual, he’s on bladder everytime. Was wondering if this could be dilation, mucus plug, or start of labor even?

When I go to my dr appointment it’s not even my dr who’s going to be there it’s his assistant. So I’m hoping they can do a lot to figure it out or at least send me to the hospital to figure it out. I am slightly cramping but it’s not contractions and he’s moving around like normal.
