My + test I had with my son I’ve kept, and it has remained positive for a long time lol. So a positive will still look positive typically for a long time after the test has dried. The issue is sometimes the dye strip can cause an indent on the control line and it can look pigmented when it is not. 
Personally that does not look like an indent line to me and I would say it is probably a positive, but if you didn’t see it turn that strong within the 5 minute window (even the slightest line), then I wouldn’t count it and I’d test again
