Endometriosis?

So I think that I might have endometriosis… I have all the symptoms for it but I know that it can only be diagnosed through surgery (which I cannot afford)

But I’ll definitely be making an appointment with a gyno asap. Just want to see what others say.

So I’ve had 2 babies but the past year or so I’ve had extremely heavy periods and I’ve been ovulating about 5 days after my period. When I’m ovulating I’m having extreme pain in my side ( it alternates each month ) but I can feel the pain in my back and my bum. When I feel the pain in my bum it hurts so bad I can barely sit down. It’s so painful that I can’t have sex without it hurting really bad no matter what position, but the pain only lasts 2-3 days max. I’ve always thought it was constipation pain since I feel it in my bum as well but I’ve been noticing it happens at the same time each month. My period cramps are painful but not unbearable… does this sound like endometriosis?
