Body aches and tingles

For almost a week I've been having aches, numbness, and tingling in my arms and legs. The symptoms move and vary. I came on very suddenly. Obviously, I'm worried that if something serious like MS or something I am going to the doctor today. I'm not sure what they really can do other than refer me out or maybe send me to the hospital. I am stressed often and tired so don't know if maybe that was playing a role or if there's something physically wrong. Anyone?
