Someone keeps blocking and unblocking me and getting people to message me?

 Why do people do this? He sent some random girl to message me saying that he misses me and really wants to talk to me again. If he does then why doesn’t he message me himself? He blocked me a year ago then sent this random girl to message me to tell me that he misses me then he told her that he didn’t even block me when he literally did.

Also realized that my page was private and for some reason he followed me on a burner account from idk when which is creepy and shady and didn’t know it was him.

Why do all this when he could just literally text me?
