Meet Isla!

Isla just turned 7 weeks old actual and 1.5 weeks adjusted. She was born at 34+3 via emergency c-section due to preeclampsia with severe features. Her birth weight was 4 lb 11 oz. She was born with respiratory distress syndrome and spent 30 days in the NICU. Having her home the past 3 weeks has made her NICU stay worth the wait! Although her time in the NICU was stressful for us, as soon as we brought her home it was like it all happened so fast! Hang in there mom and dad!
