Red Rooibos! It’s delicious, caffeine free, and super healthy. My 5yo even loves it. I buy my Red Rooibos from Tao of Tea because they test for heavy metals. 
When I was pregnant with my first baby I drank a lot of ginger and peppermint tea, but now I’ve heard conflicting data on whether or not they are safe. If you’re nauseous then having some ginger tea every once in a while is okay, but ginger is generally very high in lead so the safest way to drink it is by buying organic fresh ginger root, then peeling the skin off to discard, then cutting small pieces of the flesh into your boiled water. Organic USA grown ginger is the safest if you can find it.
