Red Bull at 16W
Is it bad to drink half a Red Bull while pregnant? I know the caffeine is what makes it really bad, but it’s under the 200 mags recommended a day also I’m only drinking half.
Is there anything else I should be worried about?
Also, I’m not a heavy energy drinker. I get bad anxiety attacks when I drink one but I recently took a sip of the watermelon red bull and it quickly became a fav drink. I’m well aware to limit myself not only for my baby but because of the anxiety attacks. It’s mainly just to get the craving out the way.
