HCG levels at 10 weeks?

I had my hCG levels taken yesterday when I was 10w4d. I was surprised to see they are only 132,071 because with my first baby my levels were even higher than this at 5 weeks. I was bleeding yesterday so now I’m worried about my low levels. Does anyone else have hCG levels around 10 weeks similar to this?

That level is perfectly normal. Hcg plateaus around 9/10w and then begins to drop some
