Serotonin Synodrome

Anyone experience this twice? With my first baby I had a seemingly healthy pregnancy and it wasn’t until my delivery they found out I had preeclampsia. I also suffered from a hemorrhage and serotonin syndrome brought on by my epidural.

My doctors at the time said it was very rare to have happened (literally was the talk of the ward for a whole week lol) but I’m curious since I’m pregnant with my second, how likely it is that I’ll experience those things again?
