I was 4 weeks and 6 days pregnant when I started cramping very badly. Later that day I started bleeding and I had never bleed at all during my pregnancy. The cramps I was having were worse then pregnancy cramps. The second I started bleeding I knew. I called my doctor who kept telling me not to worry but she said if I am concerned then to go to the hospital. Me and my fiancé went to the hospital for 6 hours and I had my first ultrasound there.

I miscarried because my hormone levels weren’t rising properly. Witch I have been doing line tests for a week and a half and it wasn’t getting much darker and was trying to go to my doctor sooner. My doctor said there wasn’t much I could had done anyway but I still feel like I could have. I was being completely healthy and taking my vitamins.

Me and my fiancé thought for sure the baby was a boy. When I went to the hospital I was in room G. We decided to name him Griffin.

I needed to type this out and needed to say something because if you never miscarried before it can be one of the most heartbreaking things. This is something I hope I never experience again and I wish no woman has to go threw.
