Misscarriage or just late period ??

Hey everyone ! So I recently missed my period by 15 days and by that point I was 17 DPO, so I took a test and I saw a faint line, and i thought that was weird considering I was 17 dpo. I waited a few more days and I got the same result I will add pictures down below , but after I got those two that definitely looked positive 5 days after that I started spotting. At first I wasn’t that concerned because I had missed my period by almost the whole month , and thought maybe it was late implantation spotting but after about 6 hours I was having really bad cramps , hot flashes , nausea and before I took the test I was throwing up every morning for 2 weeks. With those cramps I started to have tissue clots of some sort come out and some jelly like I don’t know exactly how to explain it and I will add pics of those as well , but I was just curious on y’all’s opinion of weather or not it’s a miscarriage or something else because I had almost every symptom plus those tests.
