Early pregnancy spotting and bleeding.
Hello everyone..
I had 2 miscarriages first in march 2023 and 2nd in june 2023 and now I'm 6 weeks pregnant again.
Last both times when i had miscarriages it all started with spotting and then after 3 4 days i lost it today I'm spotting again I'm sooo afraid please someone guide me what to do and how to stop it please.
