Pregnant, Confused and Anxious ! Plz help

Hi ladies, I need some help here. I had an appointment with my doctor last weekend. The appointment before this one we saw a gestational sac and it was empty because it was only at about 4 weeks. This time the doctor found that that sac is bigger but still empty but there is a new sac with embryo like structure in it and we are waiting two weeks to hear the heartbeat. Now I have been spotting time and again for the last few days but only when I wipe and sometimes it is pink, other times brown and sometimes light red. I do not have any pain or cramps. Have all my symptoms intact like achy boobs, feeling hungry again and again, lightheadedness etc. The doctor says it’s nothing to worry and just rest it out unless you have bad cramps or heavy period like bleeding, then it might be a cause for concern. I am extremely anxious as to what is going on with me and how can there be a new sac in two weeks time also all this spotting is making me crazy.

Has any of you experienced this ? What was the diagnosis and what was the outcome ?
