Low gestational sac

I ended up in the ER today because of HG. They did an ultrasound and showed that I measured 7wks 3days w/. 120bpm heart rate. But the also said that my gestational sac is low in my uterus. The ER doc made it seem like there was no concern right now but also said that I’ll need to follow up with my OB. When I looked at the visit notes on MyChart, it said that this made my pregnancy high-risk. So now I’m worried. I’ll be reaching out to my OB tomorrow. But has anyone had a low lying gestational sac and everything turned out fine?
