PMS A WEEK BEFORE, NORMAL?
hello! just curious. do you get pms symptoms 6 days before your period too? and what are they? i’m feeling really tired, bad mood, joint pains, and cramps right now. just pretty anxious lately, because i had protected sex (condom plus pullout) last august 20 on my fertile window. we checked after doing the deed, and no holes nor tears. but you know, i’m still getting paranoid. 😩 i’m safe, right?
