Should I take plan b?

I just had sex and we think some of his semen got inside of me, it’s 8 days past my last day of ovulation and I should get my period in 5 days. Should I take plan B? Last time it made my period cramps sooo mich worse that I had to go to the hospital so I’m scared to take it again.

How are you tracking ovulation? If you know youve already ovulated there’s no point in taking it. Sounds like you need to get on birth control

If you don’t like the side affects ur having from the plan b then you should be using alternative contraceptives to prevent pregnancy. Sounds v risky what ur doing. Ovulation prediction can only be precise through testing, not through this or any other app.
