Symptoms of ectopic

Hi all. Just wondering if anyone could provide me with what they know to be early ectopic symptoms. This is my second pregnancy. Am 5 weeks tomorrow.

Normal cramps, a little back pain, nausea, and metallic taste I think are all what had with daughter

However I have had pain in shoulder for over a week and not sure if related or not. Really panicky. Saw doctor yesterday he said too early to tell can that be right? Would there be severe pain or blood? I know the only way is a scan but i can’t get one yet.

The pain in shoulder isn’t all the time and isn’t that painful. But it’s there. Thanks in advance
