So I’ve had my flanges sized, switch from stimulation to expression mode, compress my breasts, use a hands free bra. Still it takes 40mins to drain breasts and at least. 8 mins for a real let down. Last baby I exclusively pumped had the same experience. I pump three times a day now get between 20-26 oz. This takes an hour each now and let downs take 10-15mins. Noticing that my left nipple is much more elastic now and stretches the whole length of the flange. Used the inserts but still doesn’t release milk. Anyone similar? Help?? Would love to pump in just 20 minutes like everyone else 😩
