Testing for PCOS?

I am getting married in a few months and my soon to be hubby and I both are wanting to be parents. I wanted to visit my gyno before we get married just to get a check up and everything before we start having more regular sex living in the same house. I’m just a little concerned about a few things though. My periods use to be very irregular, since I have started eating more and working out less, they are now for the most part regular. Maybe since I was about 16 though (I am 26 now) I have gotten these little dark hairs that show up on my chin, I know sometimes this can be an ethnicity thing also, but I’m also very fair skinned and naturally blonde, I have heard this can be a symptom of PCOS. I don’t have any of the other symptoms associated with PCOS though, and since my irregular periods cleared up with diet and lifestyle changes, I don’t think it was due to that either. Should I ask for a hormone blood test to check my levels? Does anyone have any advice I could ask my gyno about? Or has anyone else experienced this and had any particular input from their Dr about it? Is there anything else I should ask my Dr about in regards to being able to conceive? Thanks!
