Should I take the job?

So my company had an open role internally that is a level up from my current role.

Now, I’ve only been at this company for 10 months so Im not extremely confident yet.

I ended up applying anyway and going for it just to see what happens.

I got cold feet a few days later and withdrew my application, since I kept hearing that the competition is tough and more senior people were applying.

The manager doing the interview reached out to me (this role reports to her) and asked me why I withdrew, no pressure but she hopes I consider it in the future since she thinks Id be a “great fit.”

Then, a couple other people on the interview panel reached out to me encouraging me to go for it so I said hmm maybe I should, and did the interview (there was no pressure, I decided for myself).

It ended up going really good and now Im sitting here with the offer letter in my hand LOL😂😅😅

I am still shocked they think Im qualified since its a harder role, but I am also notoriously very VERY hard on myself.

The role pays $74,000 CAD ($55,000 USD) and right now I make $41,000 USD ($56,000 CAD). So, a good jump in salary.

Im just not sure if I should take the offer, since its a harder role and im not so confident yet.
