What are the limits of chemical Pregnancy?

I know it’s a sensitive topic but I am currently 4-5 weeks pregnant and worried about the chemical pregnancy. My last period was first of august. Which week we can say that is safe to say it is not a chemical pregnancy? Is it the week after the expected period or something else?
Also what was your signs of chemical?

I just had a chemical and when I went to the ER they didn’t know what a chemical was but they called it a spontaneous abortion. My first day of period was 8/8. I tested monday 9/4 and negative. Then period was 2 days late. Tested 9/6 and faint positive. Went to the doctors at 9/7 and they saw a faint line too. Friday 9/8 I started spotting in the morning and then throughout the day it gradually turned worse and bright red and clots. Today 9/9 I went to the ER and they confirmed I barely had any hcg in my body at 24 and said everything looks fine down there just sometimes these things happen and they’re common. I heard within the first 12 weeks it can be considered a chemical pregnancy/ spontaneous abortion. They said to not consider it a missed period but to watch your flow and hcg go down and then can try again 🤷‍♀️
