“Leep” procedure scheduled

I got a positive HPV result and had a colposcopy done and the results came back as “normal” now their saying I need a leep done. I asked why would I need that done? And the center is telling me because that’s not correct it couldn’t be NORMAL after a abnormal pap. I’m questioning it because my spirit is telling me to cancel the appointment. My question is can that even be possible to have a normal result come back?
