Am I pregnant?! cryptic pregnancy

Hello,

I want to start by saying that I took 2-3 pregnancy tests in the last 6 months because my period has been all over the place (10 days early, 7days late etc). All came back negative. Bleeding was light for 1 or 2 days and then barely some brown spotting. No cramps whatsoever! Usually I have it regularly at 31 days, full on bleeds for 3-4 days, pain for 2 days, then brown discharge for 2-3 more days (sorry tmi). In the past 6-8 weeks I noticed my belly growing. A LOT! During morning is not noticeable, but in the evening I am huge. Normally a size 10 (work uniform trousers), i had to wear a size 14 (biggest they had available) at work to fit my belly and I had to unbutton to bend or sit, was very uncomfortable. pregnancy test was negative last week, and then I got something like a period, again light bleeding, but I swear I felt contactions! I was even timing them! The bleeding pnly started after about 7h of “contractions” and it looked more like a mucus plug then period. Doctor is refusing a scan, because pregnancy test is negative. I don’t know what to do! I have no other symptoms, breasts are normal and I’ll only get a blood test in 2 weeks! I’m afraid I am far along, as I am the sporty kind and I saw many cases where with a strong abs you barely show even after 30 week’s pregnant. I’d like to add I was pregnant before, but had to terminate due to severe HCG (vomiting over 30 times/day) and was alone at the time. That’s why it seems almost impossible to me to be prego and have NO SYMPTOMS, when my last pregnancy was literally killing me. The reason I am writing here now is because this morning I felt something that seems like kicks. I am loosing my mind! Had this happen to anyone else?! Any ladies around here actually pregnant with the above symptoms?

UPDATE

I only figured out how to update the post today, sorry ladies! As I said in the comments, home blood test came back positive the day after posting this. Urine tests are still negative, but today the doctor took blood and I should get the result in three weeks (incredibly long, I know 😞) Regardless of the results I’ll push for an ultrasound, because if it’s not a baby, something is seriously wrong! (From 62cm waist last month to 71cm yesterday and -3.5kg overall)
