Yes my baby does that sometimes...I think it's so cute 🥰 I said who did it bc mommy is gonna get them for that baby... sometimes she smiles and laughs too in her sleep... they're just dreaming 💞

My experience, please rather ask your pediatrician. My son (now 2) did exactly the same. Exclusively breastfed. Normal diapers. No spit-up. Asked our pediatrician, showed her a video of him crying in his sleep. She did a few tests, (non-invasive), checked him from head to toe, and low and behold, after a whole check-up, she figured out that he had silent reflux.

Maybe he has gas or something.. is he constipated?? Are his stools hard when you change him?? Is he lactose intolerant??
