43 have my tubes tied and missed my period

Here it goes I can'pt talk to anyone I know about this. I am 43 yrs old and have 5 kids. I got my tubes tied after my 5th child 5years ago. My period have been like clock work (28 day cycle 3 to 5 days depending on the flow of it.) since, until this month I am 8 days late missed my period. No other birth control, no condoms. August 5th was my last first day of my period. 5 days long. I am very sensitive / moody, headache to migraines every day, lighthead & nausea .
