Would you call cps..?
My neighbors have a 3 year old son. You can tell he’s the happiest kid. Parents are amazing. The moms sister comes over quite often. Whenever the sister leaves she takes the 3 year old into her car to loop the circle but the kid is out of the sun roof so standing in the car but his heads out I live on a dead street so he’s only doing it 10 seconds and there’s no oncoming traffic.
