What are the chances?

So im kind of curious when everyone did their day 21 draws for progesterone the cycle they fell pregnant what did it look like? My doctor.said that this month looks amazing. We did the draw on tuesday, it's now friday. The 2 week wait is a killer i want to know now if it really worked. I took a test yesterdayi know blue dye are not 100% reliable but i think it looks like a very faint positive and does hubby. I just dont want to get my hopes up for no reason.
