So me and my husband arguing in the car and he ended up swiping a CTA bus and he didn’t stop he said fuck it now instantly regretting it because he noticed that city buses have cameras on the side of them so they know his place and it could be charged as a hit and run He only tap the bus so I’m sure nobody was injured but the fact that he didn’t stop and he hast to report it within 10 days. I wonder what’s going to happen does anybody know we live in Chicago I know Chicago laws is that if you don’t provide insurance and you just leave the scene it’s considered a hit and run, and if you do not report it within 10 days they could put a warrant out for you. You know what will happen

Will they take his license away and give him a fine if nobody was injured could this be jail time? I’m really concerned and he’s blaming me for the whole thing because we argued. When the argument was stupid to begin with, he’s a hothead, he got mad. Over something he shouldn’t even got that upset about he blew it out of proportion, but it’s my fault just because I asked him a certain question and he got pissed off basically he left some thing.  sitting around that I did not know about and I put a box where that certain thing is and he got upset because he’s like I probably smooshed it where I might’ve threw it away and I’m immature.  how I’m childish  for one I did not know that this specific thing would be there. I would not think he would leave something out that’s dangerous to our child where she can get her hands on it  so I’m really not looking for something that’s dangerous  I would think he would have common sense  not to do that, but he gets upset and puts the blame on me  That I should not have touched it but I don’t remember touching it. I don’t remember it even being there yet. I’m the bad guy guy.  and he’s furious.  and we’re arguing any swipes a bus pissed off he did not stop and I even told him you just had a bus he said fuck it  and went straight back to arguing with me  if you don’t know what I’m talking about. When I said he left something out it was a legal drug in Illinois  that should not be left around our one year old back to the topic, you guys know what would happen people who live in Chicago plz toon in I need to know if I should expect him to go to jail today I am still at home mom to take care of  everything I only have one months rent put up, and a check is coming on the 13th for next month I just moved into the new apartment
