So while having sex the other day my boyfriend told me to squeeze him during the act. I’ve done kegels in the past but not lately. I’m concerned he thinks I’m not tight enough or something and that’s why he asked this? Maybe I should do kegels again? He didn’t say that, I’m just concerned that is why he said that though.

Ur overthinking this lol. Not being “tight” enough (or being too “loose” isn’t really a thing. The vagina is a muscle that naturally loosens to accommodate a penis (and a baby) and then goes back to normal. So, I highly doubt that’s why he asked u to “squeeze him”. The squeezing thing just feels really good on the penis & that’s more than likely why he asked. I do that to my fiancé all the time, without him prompting me.

I agree with other people's opinions BUT I will add, for your own health and well being, keep up with your kegels. It's not about 'staying tight', it's to keep your pelvic and anal muscles healthy which helps short term but mostly long term. Keep up with your regular kegels and make sure you're also doing anal ones as well. Many people forget or don't know that they need to be doing both. It's the same as pelvic ones but rather than going like you're holding your pee in, go like you're holding in a fart.
