Morning sickness and sperm

I’m so embarrassed to even be asking this so I’m staying anonymous. My husband said he looked it up. If a pregnant woman has bad morning sickness and swallows the father’s sperm that it will help ease it. I think he’s completely full of it. Has anyone else heard this? I just gave him a blow job and if anything it made my gag worse.

To be fair he has been amazing taking care of me and I think he’s just finding anything that could possibly help. He feels so bad when I dealing with it. He truly is a great husband.
