No sex drive for almost 4 years

So I stopped taking birth control around 2019 and started back in 2020. After I started taking it again I noticed my sex drive has changed. I’m no longer horny, sexual thoughts don’t turn me on, I tried to watch porn and it still is gross to me, and I have tried toys. Nothing gets me going at all and it bothers me. When having sex with my partner it’s okay, but it’s not amazing. My partner tries to please me and it doesn’t feel good. It feels like someone just licking me down low. Fingering doesn’t do anything and clit rubbing. I try so hard to relax and get into it, but it’s like numb… no pleasure for me unless it’s the penis and even then it’s not amazing. I have no clue what to do and it makes me feel like a crappy partner. I do orgasm still, but it’s not good at all… I feel like ooo yay I wasted my damn time :(

Hopefully my doctor can help me with finding a new pill or seeing if my hormones are off
