Husband is talking to his exes

Just a heads up, this will probably be long. So my husband is in the Army and in April we moved across the US. Away from all family, and friends. He left for some training a week ago (he won’t be back for a month) and I found out he has been texting and talking on the phone with his exes. Two of them happened before he left, we talked about it and he explained they messaged him asking for money and asking how he was. Later on I found out they had talked on the phone as well. Now, yesterday I found out that he talked to his ex for 30+ mins on the phone before he went out in the field to train and texted her after telling me he couldn’t talk on the phone with us because it was “too loud”. To say I’m pissed would be an understatement but I have a month to plan how I’m going to handle this. He doesn’t know that I know yet. Everything has been great between us, so I thought… So this really blindsided me. I honestly don’t even know how to approach it or if I should at all. We got married in December, so we haven’t even been married a year yet.

I don’t know what they talked about, just that he talked to them.

They’re in Virginia and we’re in Colorado if it matters.
