I’m pregnant and bleeding/cramping A LOT

I am 6weeks and 4days pregnant and I am bleeding a lot it started out as spotting and I went to the ER twice now they checked my lvls and have said everything is fine and my baby is healthy but why do these cramps hurt so bad and why am I bleeding like I’m on my period? Has anyone else felt this? This is my first pregnancy and I’m so scared to know what’s going on now
